I have heard the term "private placement" mentioned several times. Would someone please post an explanation and clarification on just exactly what this is? I am not versed on this puppy. I feel the discussion about compensation that is taking place on this thread is a good one. For once, no one is flaming or dehumanizing or taking anything personal; this is as it should be. It is informative; I feel the exchange of ideas,thoughts, knowledge and feelings is healthy and should be encouraged. Possible scenarios are many and varied; it is good to discuss all. Dusty
