Ken. Keep in mind DRI is a listed stock. Therefore it is an auction market whereby you are seeing all orders at current prices. Bids are orders to buy and ASKs are orders to sell. In each quote you just posted the bids are alot larger than the asks. So, you can see how the price is rising. More and more orders are being placed to buy with fewer sell orders. Hope that helps.
