Totally agree except class action suits take years and it doesn't take a lot of legal resources to stretch the time. If CAWS is for real then the delays will give them time to show their technology and prove themselves right. The attorneys, when I contacted them concerning this, wanted the specific dates, # of shares and the amount of my losses. Well, I'm not exactly sure CAWS will ever be worth more than most folks paid, but it's not a loss until you sell or they're worth zero. Well at this point they'll have to go to zero because I don't need the tax loss for 96 and probably not in 97. If they go to zero then its easy to figure the schedule D entries. Good Luck.
