WHL: Dollar amounts of damage can only be recovered once under US law (usually). I would doubt if anything over $60,000,000 were even recoverable in light of Dayton 's financial condition. It seems that this changes at least one claim in Dayton's press release (ie. no civil suit filed against them by MDIN).
