12/20 @ 10:30 is the date of the conf. That date was selected by the Judge because the Defendants could not otherwise agree to any date. That' a way for the court to kick 'em in the side like a cowboy w stirrups so that know they had better behave next time. 12/20 is X-Mas get-a-way day. No problem for out GIFTed team. Mel
