jjbucci, That press release was worded so that it would receive the most attention. If you'll notice, they referred to appx 30-40 different companies in the release, many of them hot message board stocks. Just think of the reaction (read - NOTICE) they'll get when under each of those 40 stocks a press release headline reads "Merger Talks Begin". NOBODY skips over a headline like that! (An excruciatingly misleading headline).
