35 is the magic number simply because that is the approximate age you reach before your cells start to deteriorate signifcantly due to telemorase decreasing (as I understand it). So, returning full vitality to your cellular structure by reintroducing telemorase would bring you back to the perfect age of physical maturity. In the case of someone who has not reached 35, it would supposedly halt the aging process, but I am uncertain of that. Hell, I am uncertain of all of it.
