Well if you were looking for intellectual honesty then Bill Joy's interview was very disappointing. He was more eager to talk about Microsoft than Jini. Wired: When is Java going to get locked in? Bill Joy: We're in a tool-building phase. Once we have enough tools, things will happen very quickly Earth to Bill, Earth to Bill, the big problem is that the Java runtime sucks.
