yeah, the Java Runtime sucks - specifically the one Microsoft will be left with since due to its legal problems with Sun it wont be getting the next one. Wether or not you believe the new JDK will offer the kind of performance increases Sun is talking about (let me guess where you stand on this issue....) Microsoft frankly will never know - but all the other Java licensees will. Earth to Bill, Earth to Bill - we dont want your proprietary OS's - and windows sucks too.
