>>Shorting AMZN is for deep-pocketed pros.<<

Daniel, I have a fair amount of experience, but I'm not a pro, although apparently I have deeper pockets (incl. broader portfolio) than many shorts. I honestly think it is the shorts alone who are doing the serious buying. No funds are buying, and few enthusiasts are buying, just the shorts and day-traders riding the wave--(who can change coats very quickly). And even though the MM's may be encouraging the volatility, I hesitate to say they're to blame. I am not shocked AMZN is testing its high, (and was prepared for it & more). I will be very surprised, however, if there is not a sell-off sometime the next few days.

Good luck,

Monty
