Haven't heard of US research organizations in Costa Rica. But there is research, which is run by US organizations and therefore under US regulations, that is done in other countries (i.e. Argentina, South Africa, Hungary, most European countries, etc.). Can you fill me in on what CYGS is doing in Costa Rica, if anything? DS
