Does the avg. shares outstanding number mean that 47.3 million shares were bought back? About 5% fewer shares to divide earnings into? So gross profits down 3.4%.. the fudge factor to make earnings per share meet+ consensus (remember consensus just 60 days ago was 1.56 per share) came from reducing shares. What's the cc saying?
