If it went down to .08 why would you then buy as opposed to now. Would the company be any more credible then than now ?

To all fellow EDII shareholders, I would like to point out another good point, that seems to have been left out of EDII's bashers rhetoric.
Those of us who have done our own DD, feel strong in our investment in
EDII. In managements plans to grow this company, and in their subsequent actions to accomplish these plans. We have heard the same slams, that this is a shell co., or a pump and dump co., and has even been referred to as a fraud co.. Well it's easy to say all these things, yet there is a big problem with those neg. accusations, BDO Seidman.
BDO Seidman is one of the oldest most respected accounting and
consulting firms in the country, and they did not get that way by
representing bogus, or fraudulent companys.
By Mr. Dror bringing BDO Seidman aboard, he has shown, that EDII is an
up and coming company, that is heading to Nasdaq, or American. BDO

of their consulting services, don't be surprised if while involved with EDII, BDO Seidman doesn't introduce EDII to some of their larger
clients, as a viable company, that is in a growing stage, and may be a
