Hi BigAppleBoy, A lot of us are way down on this stock. But that doesn't matter because to me it seems probable that it will go back up, but we've been over all the reasons why I think that, so let me address a different subject. Todays spam from Perdue promoting his wine site. How come the TV advertising asset becomes news to Perdue today? It shook out some shares but the price held pretty well on the eve of the preliminary hearing. If nervous sellers got out today I hope it was because of the uncertainty about the Danielle outcome and not the "news" about the unaudited balanace sheet. And I hope that Perdue's use of the F word (fraud that is) are challenged at least by a call from our attorney. The excitement never ends. I hope Mr Metals puts his two cents worth in on this. And I hope he makes it more than just a one liner :-), give up something to us to feel good about Mr Metals. Slim
