I respectfully disagree. Patience is required but I think this company has great potential. I've been in for about 1 1/2 years and bought at prices from $.48 to $.125.

I have exchanged emails with the Flanders Language Valley Project investment relations people on their initiative and to the associated venture capital personnel at FLV and was impressed with both responses.

I don't expect it to make $1.00 soon, but wouldn't be surprised to see it at $1.00 equivalent by 2001, less than 2 1/2 years away. They had an extreme financial problem, that is solved for the moment. Now they must show significant revenue growth.

The alliance with Lernout and Hauspie(NASDAQ - LHSPF) is gooood news as well. They are considered to be front runners in voice technology and their share price demonstrates that. Low of $12 and high of $68 in last 12 months, currently 58ish.

Phil may be out to lunch, only time will tell. The company does not have as aggressive forecasts for growth, but they want to be sure the targets are attainable.

My interactions with BCB management have been positive and the feedback from FLV is that they were impressed as well. I've been wrong before but I'm along way from selling at this point in time.

I'm interested in this quarter's results but will be even more interested in the following two quarters when these new alliances have had time to effect results.

You never know, we might get a microcap rally someday as well.
