Hi Juli, Thanks for taking the time to explain that to me. Hopefully these convertibles that were issued are in good hands. I am sure that an astute business person such as Joe Murphy was aware of the pitfalls when he issued these convertibles and was POSITIVE that DCTC's share price would not be manipulated to drive down the share price so the holders could convert at lower levels. I see your point concerning the share div that we received. I would assume that the div was a promise that J.M. made to his shareholders and decided he had to keep. I for one agree that the monies could have been put to better use. Thanks again, Toni
