Agree about MOT, and LU is not on my list; I have INTC, TXN, HRS, and IBM. Remember I like VLSI, and I am not going to take the opposite side of the facts which you cite. The reality is that VLSI has what several companies want, and a wave of consolidation in the industry has already began. It's difficult to see VLSI escape. If they had a valuation like DSP Comm., maybe... Jim
