IJNT just file with the SEC and operating at a loss. With this merger, a bigger revenue stream is had and able to use it to expand--rather than doing private placements for funds. But, still unexpected. I guess they want to promote data heavy downloads and this company does that--so you will need a fast connection to get the full benefit.
