probably just some short covering. Noesis update was more discouraging than I've read recently....we'll need snow starting from August to burn up the excess heating oil build-up this winter. The rest of the world is dumping as much crude and gasoline as they can here in the USA. Noesis sees crude sliding further to $8 this fall. The hot weather has reduced driving demand(too hot to travel) and the drought has caused farm useage to slacken considerably...less crops to harvest.
