Have semiconductor chips really been in production since 1958? I'm just curious, as I thought it was more in the mid-60's. I apologize if my naivety leads me to question the year of their introduction.

Meanwhile, I'm still waiting and watching before I make my first move into LSI. Need NOVL to give me a little bit more buying power as well.
