In case you haven't caught on, JBAL works for IASCA. JBAL is John Robertson's mouthpiece on the Internet.

Intellectual property issues are complex and we can't possibly cover it all here. But I can give you a sense of what is real. It is important to distinguish between (a) improvements to old inventions, and (b) new inventions. It is our position that new inventions developed by Integral are not covered by or subject to the sublicense that ETC holds from ICI/West Virginia University. Therefore, Integral is under no requirement to share those new inventions with anyone or any company. In fact, it is our intention not to share those new inventions with anyone. These new inventions allow ITKG to expand its vision beyond simply the the military and government areas and into commercial markets worldwide.

Under the sublicense from ICI/WVU, some future improvements (which might be made by Integral in the future) to the CTHA technology might be the subject of certain sharing requirements. We are not sure if these sharing requirements are legal or enforceable, and at present we have not announced any such improvements anyway; therefore any further discussion on the point of sharing technological improvements is moot at this time.

I believe JBAL is over-reaching a bit, and allowing his wishes for how he would like things to be to override the present reality. ITKG will continue to innovate new antenna designs and find worldwide markets for those designs. That's our business.

Sincerely,
--Mark Williams, CEO, ITKG
