Kathleen, Good URL. Thanks. But beware of Morningstar. My only experience with them was in the May 1995 Kiplinger's magazine where several "gurus" picked closed end funds. Of the 5 pickers, Frank Cappiello and I had performance that was head and shoulders above everyone else (We both picked H&Q funds as our domestic choice, and that made us march pretty much in lockstep). Then there was a guy in the middle. Then a big dropoff to the two analysts at Smith Barney who follow closed ends. Then a further drop to the representative from Morningstar. It might just have been bad luck, but caveat emptor.
