Richard,

I understand your concerns on the science based fundamentals. Galton has dropped the ball several times there.

I have of course been concentrating on the finance fundamentals. The way the financial consultant terms were set up with Bluestone was terrible for the shareholder. Bluestone of course does not want the price of Cistron's stock to go higher until they get the strike price on the other 400,000 warrants. Therefore no stock support has been given to CIST's price in almost a year.

Of course with $12.6 million in cash a small open market buyback could give our shares much needed support also.

If Bruce G. would have been wiser in the above two areas the value of our shares would be 3-4 times higher than where we currently are trading minimum.

Steve
