Note on Salah's post (#5654) that Bradfords 16,000 is an exersize of options and he then only sold 11,000. That is actually an increase in his holdings. The reason the "now holds" is the same number is because they are treating it as one transaction. I subscribe to Vickers (no relation) and they only reported the Wise 15k and Bradford 11k. Frankenberg had filed a Form 144 (intent) to sell 33,000 shares, but has not filed the 13.

Keep in mind that November transactions do not have to be reported until Dec.10. Insiders often wait until the last second to file, and actually often file much later than is legally called for. So lets see what happens early this week.

The sale by Wise in early October is rather insignificant, coming well before the latest earnings, etc. The drying up of any other selling seems significant, especially if Frankenberg does not follow through.
