Hi Max,

Boy ..... you sure do watch those picks close. I had to dig out a few scraps to find my notes on UTCI.

It is an excellent company. It failed to move as I had expected so I went on to other picks. The retirement of the 11 3/4 % notes is a big positive for this company. They can substantially reduce interest expense going forward.

UTCI is a solid pick for a long term play.
