I spoke with the president. Thats what he said. Obviously he convinced a private investor to invest 4 million in the company via private placement. Thats not heresay that in today's press release there were two actually. The first release discussed the private placement money and the second described some of the geological data for the mining site. Well I guess now the SEC can be advised of these developments and can do their usual investigations since these statmeent were made in public press releases. GC I saw your post on the MINE thread. Trust me I understand how it feels to have officers of a company describe the unreal when digging for gold or oil. I owned quite a bit of TRGC before the SEC shut it down. The SEC has yet to give a full report on their investigation and the company is still trying to reorg without the President and CEO. So far the the SEC and the former Pres and CEO have yet to give a full accounting of the wells drilled. I don't plan to make the same mistake again.
