I'm glad everybody is able to take the current situation lightly. I wonder what you will all be saying if it is announced that the company has gone down the tube. Were getting close. Financials still delinquent, Shareholder update non-existent, and the JV/Merger appears to be pie in the sky. Today's close is one cent away from a 52 week low. The volume has increased mostly on the down side. Not a pretty picture. What incentive do the warrant holders have to exercise at thirty cents when the stock is trading 30 percent lower? RJM.
