They are of the opinion that a higher stock price will make it easier to complete the private placement financing currently underway,'' the company said in a statement.> If you can not make money selling products, They can always sell (flood the market) with shares to do a reverse split again another day. This piece of crap would have to go up to $32.00 per share for me to get even. This company has been screwing the stock holders from day one.
