Being a former Big 6 auditor, I'd have to say that the folks at Deloitte & Touche are probably shitting bricks right now contemplating the malpractice payout they'll have to make for screwing up that audit. You're right on the money in stating that a lot of folks kept they're traps shut, esp. when Flam and Lash were spouting off about the "excellent financial health" of the company....what a freakin joke!!!!!! Even though I only lost a few grand on this bullshit stock I hope the lawyers put the thumbscrews on the everybody involved for the sake of everyone else who lost their fortunes. As for my decision to get into this gamble (and I use that term accurately), I fully knew the risks involved but I never thought that mgt. would act so unscrupulously toward their shareholders. An expensive lesson learned indeed...... AC
