So, what's your plan of action owning all of those worthless shares? I note your composure thru this fiasco, but personally if I had bought that much FPAM I would be typing all caps w/ expletives every other word....

I agree that the company did not appear to be in the most dire straights. There are plenty of companies out there with higher debt to equity ratios w/o having the constant revenue stream that manage to stay afloat. Hell, if it seems this easy to go thru Ch. 11 and come out in five months I'm surprised more companies don't go this route.

Being in San Diego and seeing the press clippings I have thought for some time that Dresnick only wanted to save his little Sterling Healthcare company and few of the others at the expense of everyone else, which he has effectively done. Obviously he didn't give a shit about Flam and the house of cards he created in order to try and save it. I had a feeling about this from day one when Dresnick did not move out West when named CEO back in March.
