Sounds pretty interesting. So far from your info I have two Questions/Comments: 1) Usually market does not like the fact that a major customer has such a large influence on a companies sucess/failure. Any idea on their relationship with Motorola? 2) With the stock options, how many shares can be issued and at what price? Who holds the options? First time I heard a company issueing stock options for debt. Don't have time right now to do much more reasearch(Sounds interesting though) but will tonight, Next message is my pick for Ugly Duckling. Good Luck, John
