REF is licensing a basic data compression technology patent for modems, and already signed agreements with LUCENT TECHNOLOGIES, Rockwell Int'l, Xircom etc. I was told that MICROSOFT will go to arbitration this September >>> Relax - its old news, most of us have been expecting this for a long time. As for earnings - we have no idea. Between Human Factors, the trademark group and the v.42 agreements, there are many unknowns out there.
