Sauron,

What I don't understand from your argument is that the consumer can
not choose to use MSPG if they want to, provided that MSPG offers
the same high speed service that local phone co. offers. Is that
true now that people can just dial a MSPG local phone number and
get internet connection? what will change to this model to prevent
MSPG to offer whatever local phone co. offers. Remember that phone
company only owns the physical phone lines, you can still hook up
with whichever ISP you want.

Am I missing something here?
