Doug,

I will gladly support any positive measure for IPM share holders. Any evaluation of current conditions and/or changes to the officers of the company would have obviously go to a share holder vote. If anyone attempts this then it would require the leverage of the funds currently holding IPM stock. If you wanted to start an action then I suggest you start there.

As I mentioned before, I am out of ideas but Cap gaurdian could easily perform that leveraged buyout at $0.10 a share that you spoke of. Just my thoughts and one other thought and that is that if actions are to be taken to save IPM then it should be done to save IPM not some vindictive agenda for revenge. Not that I am saying you would do that Doug but I do believe others would.
