Craig: MDGP distributed their Thermafreeze shares to MDGP shareholders (on a 1 for 20 basis). MDGP reported, some time ago, that they no longer own shares of Thermafreeze. My understanding is that the NMDO announced purchase of Thermafreeze was inaccurate at the outset. Steve
