HiSpeed, I read somewhere that GM had been supporting its own stock from its cash horde to the tune of a billion $ or so (not sure on the exact numbers) since their strike began. I also read that, in order to conserve cash going forward until the strike ends, they would no longer be supporting it -- as of last Friday. Other than that, all I can surmise is that the buying and selling has been running about even. :o)
