First, setup your IE4 or Netscape with proper proxy
setting. Go to 208.240.130.216 to see
if you can download any one of the files. If you cannot
download any file, that means your proxy setting
is incorrect. Talk to your MIS.

Everyday download all the new files and put them
at qp2data\incoming. Rename *.qpl to *.zip.
Then run '\quotpls2\qp_proc.exe'.
That's it.

If you hate to do this everyday, you can write a script
to automate the above procedure using VB5. VB5 has
an ActiveX 'msinet.ocx' which is proxy-capable.

Hope it helps.
