Mike - I do not know why you could not attend the shareholders meeting??? You live in slick Willys' town and you can make money following his land deals and Hillerys trades !!! VBG Do you know were Dog Patch is located??? My wives brother lives in that area. Been there a couple of times to visit.
You are welcome. The company still has a ways to go, but it is in much better shape now under Bob Roots' leadership then what "Woody" was doing to it. Company still expecting to be profitable by year end of 1997 (with or without the merger). After the merger of both company (if nothing happens to derail it) will be a new holding company. This holding company is expected to be profitable for the start and Bob would be very suprised if it were not. NCI will be the OEM division, manufactureing & distribution will be another and Voice it will be the three leg of the stool. New stock will be issued in this new company. Bob said an outside party would determine value and price. Company still would be working on OEM agreements. We may not get equal shares as Voice It, but in the long run the share will be at a much high price especially with a company making money and showing EPS. Just doing a causal look at Voice It I believe it to be under valued at present levels.
The patent suit the company filed on what its name company wants to settle. This will set a presidents for the company and patent. Company using an open hand policy with those companies "that may" be in voliation of our patent. By the way, any shareholder that would like to get a copy of the patent only need to ask Bob Root for a copy. Bob indicated claims 1 and 20 were importent. I could be wrong on the numbers.
This is for Carl and the other disbelievers: NCI has real products and they work very well. They also have future produces that will set the business world on its ears IMHO. They just don't know it yet. "Woody" was present but DID NOT take part in any of the presentations. This was not "his" company anymore, thank god.
The manufacturing and distribution agreement is a done deal any way you cut it. This right here jumps start the company at least one year and greatly reduces the companys' cost. Bob did state as of today (12/06/96) the company is an OEM company and should be judged on that basis.
Heard a few shareholders telling Bob they were buying shares in the 5/8's area.
Spoke with an OEM person who is also working with Sanyo. Companys greatly interested in the technolog but have to be hand lead and spoon feed until they learn more about the technology and all this takes time. This person has no doubts that more companys will sign agreements. Just can not but a concete date on it. Two of the companys mentioned by Betty could be the ones referred by Bob as two in final negocations. This is from Bob Root when he wrote the Introduction to "one-way" on the Companys Web Page. It has been removed, but I printed a copy of it. "At this writing we are in contract negotiations with three difference companies. One is an office products company that will private label our Flashback Mobile Office, one is a computer manufacturer and the other a multitechnology company. There are many others that we are in various stages of selling and discussion. OEM relationships take time. Each of these are on track" Sanyo is the first company. Like Bob told one shareholder, I can not tell you who they are because of the non-disclosure agreements, but you can guess from the list shown during the prsentations of those companys that are development partners.
Here is another quote for his letter "Our press activities are on-going and the recent announcement of the VoiceLink(TM) into the PC-Card marketas a long-length conference recorder has been well received. In fact, we are negotiating with a national distributor to take on our entire product line." This may of been Voice-It and turned into this letter of intent. Then again, Bob did say he when to Voice-It with the merger idea. May be another company too.
Well thats it from me. The OEM agreements will come and in the long term our dreams will also be full filled.
Jim
I will restate, the company owns the patent to Flashback and related technology and not "Woody".
About 50 PC mags have a voicelink for evaluation and it takes about three months before we start to see any evaluations reports. Someone correct me if I am wrong. |
