jrc2,
On the shares outstanding, during the conference call this was stated as 16 million.
On your shorts, IMO, save your time, your end of June numbers may be accurate, but there was so much activity the day of earnings and immediately afterwards that there is no way of having a reliable estimate of the current figure. And there probably isn't going to be any large move upwards to force any short squeeze.
Another unsolicited opinion. If your a trader, you might gain some benefit in what you're doing, but there are other and better trades to play. If you're a true investor, i.e., long term, look at the business, where they're going and is there a reasonable expectation that it will be a growth business and a likelihood that TDFX will be a leader in that business. Don't bet the farm on TDFX or any other stock for that matter, but place a reasonable bet on the business if you believe in it.
