That's what it looks like from the S-1 filed April 15, 1998. (Corporate insiders collectively sold 8 million shares during the S-1 filing.) This means the market capitalization on Rocky Mountain Internet is over $270 million on revenue of $6.5 million, while the company lost $4.5 million. It looks like this stock is going for 41 times revenue. This makes AOL, at 12 times revenue, seem positively undervalued in comparison.
