Jack. Is your modem a 14.4 modem on the Dell 166? I just don't understand why your Dell 166 is slower on the internet. I will not go into a lengthy diatribe on this, but you should clarify why your Pentium 166 system is slower on the internet than the starscreen! Pete M.
