David it seems that you and I have had this same discussion in the past and the response has always been to "Call the company for the information. I in fact did that but sent them an e-mail. Here is a copy.
To: 'gborglund@globalgames.com'. From:XXXXXXXXXXXXX[warner@borg.com] Subject: Shareholder information Sun 6/14/98 9:43 PM For the last several weeks I have been independently trying to gather information on your company. I have contacted major news organizations, the Securities and Exchange Commission and others without success. Could you furnish me with the following information? Your timely attention and cooperation would be greatly appreciated.
1. A copy of GLOws financial statement for 1997, a 10K, or 10Q would be fine since you are in the process of completing both to be fully reporting at end of June as you previously announced.
2. list of officers and Directors of GLOW and their 1997 and proposed 1998 salaries, stock options and other compensation.
3. Other companies that each officer and member of the Board of directors of GLOW is on, or receives compensation from.
4. Insider buying and selling for the past 52 weeks to include all officers and board of directors.
5. Total shares of GLOw held by each officer and board of directors.
6. Amount of stock held by Mr. Jamieson, and his wife and the class of each, and the percent of outstanding stock they hold.
7. What is Mr & Mrs Jamiesons present position or relationship to GLOW?
8. Do they still receive compensation or other benefits from GLOW in any form?
9. Address of and name of IGC, officers and board of directors and relationship to GLOW.
10. Contracts presently in force and total gross money revenue from each.
I received an e-mail a short time later from Mr. Borglund on another subject and thereupon called him. We discussed this e-mail and he assured me that I would receive answers shortly. Brad posted some limited information a short time later on this thread. As of today I have never received anything further. so my question to you and the others is Why do you consistently tell others to contact the company when they are either unwillng or unable to furnish the information?
