Talking about a stock such as CCSI isn't a matter of opinion per se, but rather about facts and the import of those facts. And that's where opinion comes in.

Is this a real company? What are it's products, and for what markets? How big are the markets, and are there competitors? Will the product work? Is the company over-optimistic about the prospects for sales and growth. And so forth.....

I don't believe it is wrong for someone who likes a stock to buy it and try to convince someone else that the stock is a good buy. And likewise I don't believe it is wrong for someone who thinks a stock is overvalued to short it and to tell others why he or she is shorting it.

What I do believe is that it is reprehensible to publish falsehoods or intentionally misleading information with the intent to make a stock go up or down. This is tantamount to robbery. And anyone who tries to justify this theft by debating the meaning of isolated words and sentences and paragraphs in statements, without regard to the overall intent and common meaning, is just as much a thief as the publisher of the false and misleading statements.

When you get any large group of people together for some common and proper purpose, there will always be some few who join to try to subvert it for their own dishonest purpose. Let's not let them. Let's just not respond to the liars and cheats!

I can't imagine how any of us can have a thoughtful opinion about he prospects for CCSI success or failure until more information is known. And the only information of any value now is the outcome of the further testing in Texas(?), and the details of a manufacturing and distribution agreement.
