Stan,

"The Sprint contract carries with it substantial potential penalties for both Nortel and Qualcomm. It is unclear at this point whether the glitch now affecting Nortel will also call into play Qualcomm's penalty feature."

As I understand it, penalties only on handsets - QCOM has no exposure anymore - Also, on the PrimeCo deal = met contract requirements.
