TC,

"While you are at it... show me one instance where a short (as you define it) or a nay has broken the law here."

TC, that's kind of a philosophical question. We have Federal, state, local and SI law. We have constitutional law and ethical law of what is right and wrong..

For example, we have Michael D. Kugler (a broker whose company has forbidden him to post on the internet) continuing to PM RMIL longs to disuade them from their resolve. Is this "breaking the law"? It's the law of his company, but he doesn't seem to care.

If Michael D. Kugler ( a broker whose company policy forbids him from posting on the internet) continues to post publically, under whatever name, or privately, why should we longs worry about who is "breaking the law"?

Regards,

AD
