Caps ... The problem some of us have is that this was not a penny stock when we bought in. Holly Wood Products was for sale. NavTeck was getting special development on the Navaho reservation and had contracts in hand and more to come. ABC book publications had been around since in the 1950's and seemed a good acquisition for stock, not cash. Nightlife or whatever the publication was called looked like a natural extension to advertise the country western casino in Colorado.

How this stock became a penny stock is confusing to me and I was there. All assets of HOPR have gone "poof" as has been said in earlier posts. SEC enforcement has been called several times to no avail that I can see.

I don't see Mr. P as a crook, but can't explain how he let all this slip away without some official explanation. As a stock holder I should have gotten some information. I'll gladly join any class action on this one.
