CC hilites from Yahoo board:

LDII had an exiting conference call:

Q2 EPS of about $0.05 - $0.06 loss. This is in line with what LDII predicted.
Q3 will be a slight loss.
Q4 will be profitable

1999 EPS is estimated at around $0.14 - $0.16 per share. If the Cross Check product (Texaco, transformers) performs and a sales partner can be found, the number could be as high as $0.30 per share.

Updates on 3 major Sensar products:

TOF/Jaguar - Out of Beta. Actual shipments. LDII's market niche is $50-$100 million. 2 Competitors sell product for $175k-200k. LDII sells for $140k. Working with 15-20 customers right now.

SFC - Several potential customers including Procter & Gamble (beta to ship next week), Dow and Chevron. Hardware problem slowed down progress but its been fixed. Significant quotes outstanding.

Crosscheck - Texaco deal in final phase. Contract w/ reseller terminated on the transformer product. They are working on selling the transformer product directly to two major utilities. Revenue not anticipated until 1999.

Bebbington is looking at a couple of acquisitions which would be purchased with stock, be immediately accretive and make the company instantly profitable.

No warrant/preferred holders have converted to common. This group appears to have more medium-term outlook than previous holders. They could have been exercising for the past month.
