If I remember correctly, and I'm really not sure, so don't quote me.The land in question was either given to CWRC[poof] or was part of some pay back deal from Holly to CWRC..I remember reading that in one of their filings. I also remember being shocked as as hell. Joseph perhaps you could clarify this. Also I wonder what happened to those shares that where used to purchased those two companies, when the deal fell through. So many questions and not many answers..It has been inferred that Wild Bill has been gagged by his lawyer by some prior posters and on the yahoo thread, so something must be going on. Also all CWRC has to do is issue more shares to dilute Hollys percentage in the company, and "poof" holly now owns 40 percent of CWRC this is just an opinion....
