And all shareholders of NVID.

Looks like we have another poster with an agenda regarding this stock.

John, your links are passe and most go back to old management days. Don't know your purpose for this at this time. Always happens when something positive is posted to this thread but in time when we know more this may not be important, just a part of dialog that is pro and con. I have printed out much advice on investing and to my benefit have learned a lot since becoming invested in NVID and other small cap stocks.

Mike Redden and Dave Larson became management in June of 1997 and have tried to lead NVID out of the past and turn the company around. NVID is STILL in existence and not extinct as a previous poster with that agenda was defeated in that regard. From their last release, does not look like they were twiddling their thumbs this past year, does it? In this time, they got the company back into compliance, they and their counsel negotiated a settlement agreement with the SEC (which we are waiting to see news of), they signed a binding letter of intent with EHPC Ltd, EHPC North America. Seems like their major focus now is ionization, which was the company business (before AXEN entered) and which they are very knowledgeable of. They have stated the problems that exist in their releases and I guess are waiting now as we all are for the finalized agreement to be made public and they can get on with the business with EHPC Ltd and EHPC North America and providing us shareholders with the information regarding what is taking place with same.

John, in your post to a K.A Anderson, Post #86 dated 7/15/98 re: Talk: Brokers/Resources: SI's Most Wanted Bad Guys, you posted a statement about NVID, then made a request of K. A. Anderson to post your comment to the SEC thread and let you know their response. Can you please explain what you meant by (from inception, to prosecution to ???) The ??? please. By the way, K. A. Anderson's favorite link on her profile is interesting too. Check out the name. Coincidence...probably, but a funny coincidence, huh? Post #99 on the same thread to Janice Shell is worth reading also. If any follow the MTEI thread, you know about FBN Associates and those associated with FBN. Many may have read the WSJ article. Don't think this has ever been done before on SI. Has created much dialog and a lot of new and unusual named threads.

I do not recall seeing many Canadians post to SI, and I have read thousand and thousands of posts, but I have followed NYRR and a mention of one was made on that thread sometime ago who sent some information that appeared in a Canadian newspaper, I think, which was posted there for those shareholders. Caught my attention.

This all just looked rather odd to me that you would try to bring up the past and make that kind of request when it has been released that an agreement has been reached with the SEC. Being a Canadian citizen might be the reason, I guess, I really don't know why. You have not posted but a few posts to this thread (last September) and all of a sudden you have taken such an interest in NVID. Are you a Canadian broker? We all know Canadian rules differ from ours. The Phillips ruling was surprising to many Canadians I am sure. Got a lot of attention on SI. I know, I know, you have stated you are a designer for computerized real time process control systems, but TERMS OF USE may apply here. People may not be who they say they are. I guess we are still left to waiting, but I have waited a long time and will continue to wait as long as it takes. I can't grow old waiting, already there, just much OLDER.....

Regards,
