David, it's my understanding that Tony Guest has been promoted to a position where he is streamlining the application approval process. I understand that he has almost 2 decades of banking/finance experience. I view this move as very positive. Maybe that's why we are now hearing that application approvals are now coming through in quantity. In fact I've been told by someone in the last 24 hours that their application was just approved. This same person said that they were previously turned down and have now been approved without even re-submittting the application. Maybe M. Scott Mayer will verify this for us. M. Scott, are you still out there???
